4PADEL opens in Argenteuil and is recruiting its center director

It will open in December 2025 in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise): a new 4PADEL indoor center with 10 courtsWithin this context, the network is looking for a Center Director en Permanent (Status with a safe environment,).

Role and scope

The director oversees all of the club's activities: exploitation, team management, commercial performance, client experience, security et local rootsHe/she ensures smooth daily operations, team cohesion and economic results.

Main missions

Managing economic performance

Monitor key performance indicators (revenue, margins, EBITDA)
Implement action plans and commercial offers
Managing inventory and controlling costs

Manage and grow the team

Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate
Create schedules and track attendance.
To establish a positive and unifying work environment

Ensure operation, safety and maintenance

Supervise opening/closing, cash handling, customer management
Ensure the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the facilities
Coordinate service providers and handle technical incidents

Developing local impact

Establishing partnerships (schools, associations, local authorities)
To carry out the group's socially oriented projects

Required profile

Expérience confirmée en profit center management and / or operational management
Solid commercial sense, comfort with numbers and computer tools
Qualities of communication and leadershippedagogy and kindness
Strong interest in the paddle and customer experience

Proposed conditions

Full-time – Permanent contract, Status with a safe environment,
Remuneration : €3,000 to €3,600 gross per month according to experience
