Nothing remains but  two tricolor flags  still standing in this  FIP Platinum Marseille  :  Johan Bergeron / Timéo Fonteny  in men, and  Carla Toully  For women. Two different paths, but the same goal:  prolong the Marseille adventure .

 Bergeron / Fonteny, a benchmark victory to kick off their tournament 

In the round of 32, Bergeron and Fonteny have  struck a great blow  by dropping  Diego Garcia  et  Adrian Marquez , two players from the  world top 100 , at the end of a complete match, won  7 / 5 6 / 4 .
A  major performance , a reference point for the French duo, who were able to keep up the pace, manage the weak moments and impose themselves with authority.

This success propels them into  eighth finals where the challenge will be even greater.

 A huge clash against Chozas/Libaak 

For a place in the quarterfinals, Bergeron and Fonteny will face  Alex Chozas  et  Valentino Libaak , two Argentinians from  world top 50 who are launching their  new association  in Marseille.

On paper, the French  will not be favorites But this context can also work in their favor:  automation still to be built , benchmarks to refine on the Argentinian side. And above all, Bergeron and Fonteny arrive with  a lot of confidence , buoyed by their benchmark performance in the previous round.

Nothing is guaranteed, but  hope is very real .

 Touly, a real asset for women 

On the feminine side,  Carla Toully , associated with  Camila Fassio , secured his place in the round of 16 after a unique first round, which concluded on  abandonment of their opponents  while they were comfortably ahead in the second set.

To reach the quarterfinals, Touly and Fassio will have to face the  seeded 7 ,  Ana Catarina Nogueira  et  Laura Lujan .
On paper, the Franco-Italian pair  will not be the favorite More  The draw is still possible. . With a  big game , access to  Reaching the quarter-finals is far from out of reach. .

 Two matches to keep the dream alive 

Bergeron / Fonteny and Touly now represent  the last French hopes  in this FIP Platinum Marseille. Two difficult matches, but  full of promise where everything remains to be written.
