The program includes five levels of trainingallowing for evolution:
- assistant coach,
- up to and including professional coaches working on the circuit Premier Padel or within the national teams.
The journey begins with the Level 0entirely online. This first level allows you to teach beginners and is primarily aimed at countries or regions where padel is still in the development phase.
Le Level 1 It adopts a hybrid (blended learning) format, with a strong online component, a longer training duration, and a more demanding academic program. It includes:
- des mandatory interactive webinars led by the teaching staff of FIP Academy,
- another In-person practical assessment, organised in collaboration with the national federations that are members of the FIP, on officially defined dates and locations.
The higher levels are currently under development. They will be rolled out gradually and will take place exclusively in person, in close collaboration with national federations.
The Arbitration (Officiating Program)
Le FIP Officiating Program is intended to train and certify the competition officials responsible for ensuring the smooth running of FIP tournaments.
Its progressive structure covers:
- the international technical regulations,
- the management of arbitration on the field,

The objective is clear: unify the arbitration criteria et raise the overall level of padel referees in the world.
Nowadays, seven editions of the Level 1 course have already been organised, and the FIP plans to expand the offering with new levels of training in the next phases of the project.

A strategic tool for the future of padel?
Beyond training, FIP Academy positions itself as a strategic tool for structuring and sustainable development of global padelBy combining official certification, continuing education and cutting-edge content, the FIP intends to support the rapid growth of the sport while maintaining a high level of requirements and quality.
The FIP Academy project will continue to evolve and gradually expand, with new training courses, new content and new collaborations, serving the entire international padel community.
On paper, everything seems interesting, and yet, the FIP is venturing into an area we're not used to seeing, and it appears particularly exposed, even beyond that. Some of its members were surprised by this FIP Academy, especially since many federations already offer training courses/academies… To be continued.
