Former professional tennis and then padel player, Jerome Inzerillo has chosen to continue his sporting adventure from another angle: that of entrepreneurship. With We Padel, founded in 2024, it offers a wide range of internships in France and abroad, supervised by high-level coaches. Meet a passionate person who wants to democratize access to training.
A rapidly expanding offer
« We Padel is growing very quickly! "We now organize around twenty training courses per year, both in France and abroad," explains Jérôme Inzerillo. The objective is clear: to enable all profiles – from beginners to experienced players – to progress in a friendly, but also demanding, environment.
With already more than 800 participants expected over the year, the initiative is gradually establishing itself as a reference.
Renowned coaches
To ensure quality teaching, the former player surrounds himself with renowned figures in padel. "We work with Maxime Moreau, former French n°2, Aitor Garcia, former world top 80, or even Loïc Pelegrí, trainer and captain of the PACA teams,” explains Inzerillo. A complementarity that allows us to adapt the content according to needs: intensive, technical or strategic.
The success of tailor-made products
Beyond the classic internships, We Padel responds to a growing demand for personalized packages. “Many come as couples, with friends, or in small groups. Some are looking for an intensive pace, others a more intimate format. We even offer stays in private homes with grounds, where coaches travel,” he explains.
These “à la carte” formats appeal to a varied audience, attracted by a sporting but also friendly experience.

Accessibility and diversity
We's ambition Padel is dual: make education accessible at an affordable price, while offering a diverse range of options. "We want everyone to find a suitable option," insists Inzerillo. The year 2025 will also end in Barcelona, on the occasion of the Final Master Premier Padel, a unique meeting place for enthusiasts.
Projects for 2026
The future looks ambitious. The team is already working on specialized camps for youth, elite players, and an all-women's program, integrating complementary disciplines like yoga and meditation. But above all, Jérôme Inzerillo announces a flagship project: the creation of the first We Academy Padel.

An involved entrepreneur
Although he has ended his professional career, Inzerillo has not completely left the field. He continues to teach at Forest Hill Aquaboulevard and still participates in some tournaments. But it is indeed the development of We Padel which now occupies most of his time: “It has become my priority, my heart project.”
