Le London Premier Padel P1 closed its doors with the coronations of Arturo Coello / Agustín Tapia in men and Claudia Fernandez / Martina Calvo in the women's category. Beyond the 1 FIP points distributed to the winners, this first British edition offered a total prize money of 474,500 euros .

And the champions obviously leave with the biggest slice of the pie.

By winning the title against Fede Chingotto / Ale Galán at the end of a three-set final, 6/3 5/7 7/5 Tapia and Coello pocketed a little more than 13,500 euros each .

Is 51,000 euros for the pair .

A great way to end this first part of the season for the world's number 1, who immediately regain the title after their surprise elimination at Pretoria P1.

Chingotto and Galán obviously didn't leave empty-handed. Their place as finalists earned them something. 13,500 euros each .

Fernandez / Calvo: the title and 17,000 euros each

In the ladies, Claudia Fernandez and Martina Calvo pulled off the biggest coup of the week.

For only their second tournament together The young Spanish women have brought down Gemma Triay / Delfi Brea finally, 7 / 5 6 / 3 , after having already eliminated Paula Josemaría / Bea González in the semifinals.

This first joint title earns 17,000 euros each i.e 51,000 euros for the pair .

World number ones Triay/Brea, meanwhile, leave with 9,350 euros each for their place as finalists.

Tapia / Coello and Fernandez / Calvo are the big winners of London

For this historic first Premier Padel in London , therefore, both pairs add their names to the list of winners while leaving with the biggest checks of the week.

For Tapia / Coello The title allows them to finish the first part of the season with another victory and to consolidate their position at the top.

For Fernandez / Calvo The scope is even different: after only two tournaments together, they have already won their first trophy and are leaving London with 1,000 FIP points and 17,000 euros each .

Enough to go on holiday with a smile before the circuit resumes at Madrid P1 early September.
