Our young French women will not take the lead in semi-finals of the 2025 Junior Padel World Championships in Reus. This is mainly due to a surprising Brazilian team, which clearly sets its sights: this nation, historically behind the two giants Spain and Argentina, shows that it will continue to be a force to be reckoned with in the years to come.

En U14, the pair Lylwenn Laforge / Elise Le Roux could do nothing against the ruthless Brazilians, losing 6/0 6/2. Same scenario in U16 for the sisters Feryel and Neïla Bekhedda, beaten soundly 6/0 6/1. The match for honor in U18, disputed by Kimy Barla / Lou Lambert-Agosti, will not change the outcome of the match in any way, even in the event of victory.

France will therefore play for places 5 to 8 in this 2025 edition.

The tricolor adventure is not over, however: the boys will face Paraguay from 13 p.m., with a place in the semi-finals in sight.
