Following the  Barcelona Tour Finals which marked the end of last season,  Premier Padel  officially unveiled his  2026 calendar , with several significant new features, including the arrival of  London ,  Pretoria  et  Valencia .
But even before the start of the season, the professional circuit had to  adapt the planning of certain events  in order to make them compatible with those of  Hexagon World Series .

 Asunción's P2 moved forward, a European P2 removed 

The main change concerns the  P2 of Asuncion Originally planned from  18 to 24 may The tournament will ultimately be played on  4 to 10 May 2026. i.e  the week before the P1 in Buenos Aires .
An adjustment designed to offer more  continuity  to the players and a  increased recovery time  before the return of  Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour  in Europe.

At the same time,  Premier Padel cancelled Europe P2 , scheduled from  14 20 in September 2026 , whose host city had not yet been confirmed. This week will now be occupied by a  official event of the Hexagon World Series .

 The Hexagon World Series will continue, but reorganized. 

The official team circuit, under the auspices of the  International Federation of Padel will keep well  four tournaments in 2026 , compared to just one at the start of his career.
The confirmed dates are as follows:

  •  September 14–20, 2026 
  •  October 22–25, 2026 
  •  December 17–20, 2026

 A FIP Platinum in Albania before the Italy Major 

Another new feature: the integration of  FIP Platinum Albania  au  CUPRA FIP Tour .
This tournament will be played  week of May 25-31, 2026 i.e  just before the BNL Italy Major Premier Padel 2026 , thereby reinforcing the coherence and continuity of the international calendar.

 A new bracket format for P2 tournaments 

In addition to the calendar adjustments,  the FIP and Premier Padel  have formalized a  new main table format  for tournaments  P2 males  from 2026.

The paintings will go from  32 to 28 pairs , distributed as follows:

  •  22 pairs admitted directly by the ranking ,
  •  4 from qualifying ,
  •  2 wild cards .

 four first seeds  will benefit from  direct access to the round of 16 , via a system of  bye .

 Player well-being and economic logic 

According to the official statement, this decision aims both to  reduce logistics costs  for the promoters (accommodation and catering for the players) and to  preserving the health of the players .
Associated with the introduction of  Star Point system  In 2026, the reduction in the number of matches should allow for  limit the physical load  and  risks of injury  over the entire season.

Unlike past adjustments, this reform was validated after  extensive consultations within the Tour's Steering Committees which include  representatives of the players, female players and coaches .
