The Spanish women delivered a match very solid, without any real lull, with a constant rhythm and an almost perfect defense. Paula Josemaría, ultra-aggressive in the offensive sector, multiplied the winning shots, while Ari Sánchez perfectly directed the game in the diagonal, imposing his tactical control.

Opposite, Salazar and Calvo never managed to find the fault. Martina Calvo, despite their impressive maturity at only 17 years old, was unable to reverse the trend against the experience and consistency of the world number 2 duo.
