Le Inter-Company Challenge Win Win Padel Cabriès makes its return with a new edition, designed to be more fluid, plus conviviale et more unifying, without losing sight of the sporting stakes.
Reserved exclusively for companies, the competition will take place from February to June, in the form of a year-round championship, alternating group stages et final stageswith scheduled meetings every two to three weeks.
A format refocused on collective dynamics
For this edition, the organization has chosen to rethink the calendar. now all matches will take place simultaneously, during dedicated days, in order to create a true competition between participating teams and to strengthen the inter-company spirit.
Each match will conclude with a friendly time, With a shared aperitif, a central element of the challenge's DNA. However, some flexibility is still planned thanks to a joker per team, allowing to exceptionally move a match in case of major constraints.
Structured teams throughout the season
Each company can hire a team of six playersAt each meeting, the presence of minimum four players is mandatory, with the possibility of integrating two substitutes in order to manage absences and unforeseen events throughout the championship.
This system aims to ensure both sporting continuity et organizational flexibility, two key elements for a challenge spread over several months.
Two side competitions to add rhythm to the season
Beyond the main championship, two events will punctuate the season:
- The Spring Cuporganized in April, in the form of a short and friendly tournament
- The Summer Cup, grand closing tournament of the type P100which will mark the end of the challenge with the awards ceremony of the championship and cups
These meetings allow us to add an extra event dimension throughout the season.
