In 2019 the event took place on the Senegal side, in Saly, and this year it will be the Olympy Sky club of Tunis in Tunisia, defending champion, which will host the competition. The appointment is given on March 13, 14 and 15, 2020 and will bring together Tunisia, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea and Egypt (for the moment).
