Johan Bergeron et Timeo Fonteny will be associated on the FIP Bronze Hong Kong, scheduled from 5 TO 9 NOVEMBER 2025A new French pair that is already attracting attention.

A prospective association

After separation of Yoan Boronad and Timéo Fonteny, we expected to see new duos forming within the “French team”. And this hypothesis is confirmed: Bergeron, which recently evolved with Bastien Blanqué, will team up with Fonteny for this Asian stage.
A kind of “crossing” between the two tricolor pairs, even if the combination Boronad / Blanqué remains still hypothetical.

A promising pair

Bergeron (111th in the world) and Fonteny (191st) have complementary profiles: experience and mastery for Johan, youth and aggressiveness for Timéo. Their union could well allow Timéo to take a step on the FIP Tour.
It remains to be seen whether this association will be one-off or long-term, but it seems destined to last.
