A key role at the heart of business development

Reporting to the Aguirre France sales management, the Salesperson, Northwest will play a central role in the brand's deployment across a strategic area covering:

  • Ile-de-France
  • Normandy
  • Britain
  • Pays de la Loire
  • Centre-Val de Loire

A true ambassador of BullpadelHis or her mission will be to develop sales, strengthen brand awareness and ensure a regular field presence close to specialist dealersclubs and partners.

Field-oriented missions and business strategy

The position is structured around several key areas:

  • Developing and retaining an existing client portfolio
  • Prospecting for new resellers and partners
  • Deployment of the commercial strategy Bullpadel on the area
  • Analysis of each client's specific needs based on their padel activity
  • Continuous market monitoring on product trends, competition and industry developments
  • Sales management and sales tracking
  • Weekly travel on the assigned territory

This role of intermediary between the the land and evolve is crucial to supporting the sustainable growth of Bullpadel in France.

Desired profile: commercial expertise and knowledge of sport

Bullpadel looking for a candidate with:

  • by Bac +4/5 training (business school or equivalent),
  • at least 3 years of experience in the sale of sporting goods,
  • of a strong autonomy, with a keen sense ofOrganisation and real ones persuasion skills,
  • by mastery of sales techniques,
  • with ease in a international environment.

La proficiency in Spanish and professional English constitutes an asset, just like a padel knowledge and its ecosystem.
Le B permit (obtained at least 3 years ago) is essential.

Working conditions and environment

  • Contract Full-time permanent contract – executive status
  • Location ideally based in the southwest of Île-de-France (Chartres, Le Mans, Alençon, Laval…)
  • Position taking : Spring 2026
  • Remuneration : fixed + variabledepending on profile and experience
