From November 24th to 29th, 2025, the Mont-Coffyn Tennis Club will host a special event for padel in New Caledonia. For one week, local players, amateurs, and some international professionals will share the TCMC courts in an atmosphere promised to be both sporting and festive.
An exhibition tournament seeking to establish itself in the Pacific
With 62 participantsDivided into 15 women's teams et 16 men’s teamsCasinos Padel Cup, conceived by the organizer Crazy Brothers (led by the club's coach, Lionel Trilles), makes its debut with a clear objective: to establish New Caledonia as a recognized padel land in the region.
The organizers expect approximately 2000 spectators throughout the week. This high turnout would confirm the growing interest in this sport in the archipelago.

International players to set the tone
The presence of 17 international playersIncluding well-known players from the FIP Tour, will be there. A first for Nouméa, this will allow the local public to discover these players.
For men, the duo Aitor Garcia / Adria MercadalHaving won on their previous visit, they are considered a benchmark. They arrive with a status to defend.
In the women's competition, several players well-known to the French public will be on the courts: Nada Majdoubi, Fiona Ligi, Paloma Gonzalez Villanueva or, Taly Merker.


An event designed for the public
The Casinos Padel The Cup is not limited to matches. Partner village, entertainment, concerts and evening activities will complete the program.
Entry will remain free all week, a way to encourage the public to come and observe, learn and perhaps try their hand at this sport which is still young in Oceania.
For local pairs, this event represents above all a rare opportunity: to compete in the same venue as players accustomed to the P2000 and certain official international competitions, to progress, or to nurture new sporting ambitions.
The program of the week
The official drawing of the table will take place Saturday, November 22nd at 19:45 PM, in the presence of international teams, organizers and partners.
The matches will then begin monday 24 november, every evening of 17h30 to 22hGroups, main phases, nighttime atmosphere and family audience will set the rhythm for the first five days.
The finals will take place Saturday November 29 :
- 17pm: Women's final
- Entertainment, concerts and games organized by the Casinos
- 19pm: Men's final
- From 22pm: Closing party at La Bulle
Free entry from November 24 to 28 (17:30pm-22pm) – Finals on November 29 from 17pm.
