From October 21th 2025, will start at Cadiz (Spain) the final phase of the European Padel Championship (FIP Euro Padel Cup Final 8).

In the previous edition, in 2024 in Cagliari, Spain had been crowned European champion in men ahead of Italy and Portugal, while the France ended at the foot of the podium. In the women's competition, France won the bronze medal, behind Spain and Italy.

Format and schedule

The competition takes place in two step a group stage then the semi-finals and the final.
Two groups of four teams compete, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the final four.

Calendar :

  • 21/10: first group match
  • 22/10: second group match
  • 23/10: third and final group match
  • 24/10: semi-finals
  • 25/10: final and match for 3rd place

The teams directly qualified are: Spain, Italy, Portugal and France, big favorites for the semi-finals.
They will be joined by nations from the July qualifying phases :

  • At men's : Netherlands, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany
  • In women: Great Britain, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium

Spain

Despite the absence of its stars, Spain remains the big favorite.
In the men's competition, no player from Top 15 FIPs is not present.
Among women, youth is in the spotlight with Martina Calvo, Andrea Ustero et Alejandra Alonso (17, 18 and 19 years old).
During the last World's Championships, the men had finished finalists, and women world champions.
