At home, there are many ways to make our bodies work. Search for performance or simply for body maintenance, here are some exercises to improve our reactivity.

Being super reactive is not something that comes naturally to everyone. But it can be worked on. Have you ever been in front of someone who is catching a glass that is about to break? These are the reflexes that help us avoid disasters. Why not use them for padel, work on them, and so on? improve our game.

Having good reflexes involves several steps. First of all, putting our body on alert. In padel, this involves standing on tiptoe and putting our arms forward. Then, our eyesight comes into play. Wide-open eyes and a wide field of vision will allow us to see obstacles coming. Finally, habit. Working on reflexes is possible. Getting your brain to process information quickly will help you decide.

Sven Boele offers us some “padel” exercises to work on reflexes as a pair, and without a car, unlike Marta Ortega !

Player 1 facing the wall, player 2 behind player 1, throw the balls.

  • Level 1

Catch the ball after bouncing on the ground and then on the wall.

  • Level 2

Catch the ball after bouncing on the ground and then on the wall, but taking a step forward.

  • Level 3

Same thing but putting left foot right hand or right foot left hand forward.

  • Level 4

Catch the ball just after the bounce on the wall, no bounce on the floor.

  • Level 5

Same as level 4 but with one hand.

  • Level 6

Same as level 1 but with 2 balls.

  • Level 7

Same as level 4 but with 2 balls.

  • Level 8

Same as level 1 but with the pala make a window to send the ball back to the partner.

  • Level 9

Same as level 4 but with the pala make a window.

This exercise can be done as a family, with your children. It is very entertaining and a way to play while working on reflexes. You can even give free rein to your imagination by creating new sessions.
