Quarantine is not an excuse to stay inactive. Every day we offer you a session to do at home in order to arrive in top shape when you resume padel.

Today is Sunday and we are offering you a little jump rope challenge. If you have followed the Julien Bondia's rope training, or sessions to gain relaxation, maybe you could get closer to the level of the young Wear ballard.

We tell you right away, the task will not be easy, knowing that this video is only a summary of what this young man is capable of producing. You can go to her Instagram (@porterballard), to find other mind-blowing videos like this.

So the challenge is to try to do your best with the jump rope, and to post the videos in Facebook comments. Warning, don't try anything dangerous ! And if you can't make more than three jumps in a row with the rope, then you have to keep training!
