The CUPRA FIP Finals 2025 is drawing to a close, and the women's draw has so far demonstrated an almost “too perfect” scenario The four top seeds met in the semi-finals this morning, and the expected results prevailed with the qualification of the 1st and 2nd seeds. Osoro / Jensen (ts1) and Fassio Goyeneche / LLaguno Zielinski (ts2) without losing a single set.

An acknowledged dominance by the top seeds

TS1 – Aranzazu Osoro & Claudia Jensen

They moved through this painting with impressive ease:

  • 6 / 0 6 / 0
  • 6 / 0 6 / 0
  • 6 / 1 6 / 4

TS2 – Martina Fassio Goyeneche & Patricia LLaguno Zielinski

Another proof of regularity:

  • 6 / 3 6 / 1
  • 6 / 1 6 / 1
  • 6 / 3 6 / 1

Overall, one-sided results

In this end of the season, a domination by the big seeds, perhaps linked to fatigue among the outsiders, makes the results rather disappointing. Very few close sets, with the majority of scores around 6/1 6/2, few plot twistsmatches that often turned very early, from the first games, a draw where the underdogs failed to create the slightest opening.

A logical ending… but not so easily predicted

Tomorrow at 21:30 PM French time, we will be treated to a clash between:

Osoro / Jensen (ts1)
Fassio Goyeneche / Llaguno Zielinski (ts2)

A prestigious, highly anticipated poster, but one which The ease with which both pairs completed their journey is surprising.

Will this final be the first major battle of this women's competition?
