Last year, several players complained about the extreme heat during the tournament, which was held outdoors under the scorching sun. Faced with this protest, Premier Padel had reacted in 2024 by moving some matches to nightfall, but without real success. In 2025, the decision was therefore made: The tournament is moving to the indoor complex of the Hamdan Sports Complex., a modern and air-conditioned venue, offering ideal conditions for athletes and the public.

This choice is part of a broader evolution of the circuit. After several weather-related incidents — rains in Riyadh, humidity in Chile, strong winds in Doha —, many players are now calling for indoor tournaments to ensure more consistent play.
