My role now is to help him understand his game, adapt to his qualities and better manage competitive situations,” adds Alexandre.

The monitoring is precise and methodical. "We analyzed our opponents' previous matches and worked on their reflexes with his partner. It's a comprehensive approach, combining technical, tactical, and mental preparation."

Concerning Rita Vilaça, the current partner, Alexandre underlines "an intelligent player, attentive, who integrates directly and perfectly into the project. The balance between Laura on the left and Rita on the right works very well, each adapts to the team dynamic, we must continue to move forward."
