The first day of  FIP Bronze Marnes II Men's Qualifications , disputed at  Forest Hill of Marnes-la-Coquette The tournament largely held true to expectations. Most of the favorites lived up to expectations and will be present on Thursday to try and secure their place in the main draw. However, some of the qualifying rounds did produce a few surprises, with some top seeds falling short.

In the upper part of the table, the favorites lived up to expectations.  Jules Marie / Clément Filho (TS1)  will find  Jérôme Inzerillo / Victor Choppe (TS6)  for one of the matches to watch in these qualifying finals.

Four French players, one place in the main draw, and a match that promises to be particularly interesting. The match is scheduled  starting at 9am on court 14  and will be followed  directly on Padel MagTV .

In another part of the table,  Paul Lefèvre / Kevin Guguin  took advantage of the withdrawal of the Belgian pair, seeded 8th,  Alexandre Valentin / Noa Bazin .

They will now have to overcome a much more significant obstacle with  Alexis Coulombeau / Julien Motz (TS4) Two big hitters from the French circuit who will try to use their power to try and secure their place in the main draw.

The match is scheduled for court 16.

Setodji/Chevillard and Mitjana/De Galbert take down the seeded players

It was in this third part of the bracket that the qualifiers held their main surprises.

The two players on the right  Raphaël Rubio / Benjamin Dufour  were surprised by  Thomas Setodji / Arthur Chevillard , at the end of a particularly close match won  7 / 6 7 / 6 .

On the other side,  Thomas Mitjana / Thibault de Galbert  They too defied expectations by eliminating the  5th seed, Rayan Ouabed / Théo Bergamaschi .

As a result, the two expected pairs will not be present at this pre-tournament final.  Setodji / Chevillard and Mitjana / De Galbert  They will have a real opportunity to qualify for the main draw. The match is scheduled for Court 15.

Potel/Etienne versus the Cohen cousins

On paper, this is probably one of the most unpredictable qualifying finals. The French will try to upset one of the top seeds from the prelims to continue their journey in Marnes-la-Coquette.
