Le FIP Bronze from Rivesaltes It already promises to be quite a show. Between Big posters from the round of 32 onwards , many French pairs involved and some 100% French duels The men's and women's draws promise a particularly busy week in the South of France. The official draws confirm a strong French presence, both in the qualifying rounds and the main draws.
For the men: a very strong start
The men's draw offers no respite. From the very first round, Thomas Seux et Nathan Courrin probably inherit the worst possible draw: the French will face directly the seeded 1 , Ramiro Jesus Valenzuela / Javier Martinez .
A little further down the table, Julien Biron , associated with the Italian Giorgio Saputo , will face the pair Jaime Pérez Martín / Lorenzo Bogarin On paper, it's an open match, with a real opportunity for the Frenchman to secure a place in the round of 16.
Same logic for Maxime Joris et Jeremy Robert They will challenge the Argentinians. Andres Graupera / Juan Pablo Dametto A tough first round, but not impossible. If they qualify, they would logically return to the seeded 5 , Manuel Aragón Herrera / Nacho Moragues Moltò .
For the young Lucas Pillon et Olivier Guy de Chamisso The program will also be challenging with a duel against the seeded 7 , Albin Olsson / Oscar Sebber Gormsen A tough opening test, but if they pass, the door to the round of 16 could then open against a more manageable opponent. Indeed, they could face Johan Peloux Marchini et Pierre Perez Le Tiec , beneficiaries of a wild card They will face a qualifying pair in the round of 32. Clearly, this is a draw that could allow them to dream of reaching the round of 16.
Opportunities for many French people
Romain Sichez et Arthaud Dumoulin They too will have a real chance against the Spanish. Juan José Dominguez / Hugo Lorenzo Serrano It's not a free draw, but there's reason to believe in a great result.
We will also be following the duel between Kamel Mouimen / Louis Jover and seeded 3 , Clément Geens / Dylan Guichard The Franco-Belgian pair will be the overwhelming favorites. Dylan Guichard, in any case, arrives with real momentum and will be one of the men to watch this week.
In this same section of the table, Arthur Hugounenq et Maxime Forcin inherit a more affordable draw compared to Noe Sanchez Del Viejo / Louie Harris A great opportunity to reach the eighth round where they could find the seeded 8 , Joel Olivera Palos / Antonio Varo Ramos .
Another ambitious French pair: Yoan Boronad / Bastien Blanqué , seeded 6 who will have to be ready to face the Spanish team immediately. Miguel Munoz Zurita / Manuel Ramirez Perez That too will be a real match. A victory would see them regain... Adrien Maigret / Benjamin Tison who will face a pair from the qualifiers in their first round. The potential eighth-place match already has a special flavor.
Finally, one of the most anticipated matches of this first round will pit the youngsters against each other Sacha Huard de la Marre / Nathan Perrot , invited by wild card or a Yanis Muesser / Philémon Raichman A very interesting duel between young French players, with a possible confrontation against the... at stake. seeded 2 , Thomas Leygue / Alonso Rodriguez Martinez A poster that could very quickly generate a lot of discussion.
A very French-looking female painting, too.
In the women's draw, there is also a good number of French players, with several very interesting matches right from the first round.
Le premier Franco-French duel will pit Lucile Pothier / Fiona Ligi à Marie-Amélie Dardaine / Camille Sireix A balanced opening clash, with a possible round of 16 match against the seeded 4 , Blanca Arriola Cerrejon / Alba Gallardo Salvado .
Another 100% French opposition: Kimy Barla / Manon Marcarie salary. Nada Majdoubi / Laura Clergue Here again, the draw is unforgiving, as the winners could then face the seeded 2 , Carla Touly / Marcella Koek , or the Spanish pair Erika Mesa Martinez / Elia Pons Plazas .
The draw is even tougher for Clara Mansart / Lou Lambert Agosti , which fall directly on the seeded 1 , Sandra Bellver Fructuoso / Ana Dominguez Gracia An XXL opening act, but also a superb opportunity to test oneself against the best in this tournament.
We will also find Marianne Vandaele associated with the Malagasy player Fitia Robinson Andrianafetra Facing Eugenia Guimet / Sara Foguer Lapuente .
Finally Charlotte Soubrié , alongside the Spanish Cayetana Sanchez Vera , will face Paula Bartolomé San Valeriano / Araceli Muñoz Sanchez Again, it will be a tricky match but interesting to follow.
Very high qualifications on the French side
Even before the main draw begins, the men's qualifying rounds will also be particularly French. Several French pairs will be trying to reach the main draw, including Natan Etienne / Lucas Potel , Ludovic Cancel / Benjamin Dufour , Pasanau Slevin / Benjamin Lespes , Theo Barthe / Aaron Demontis , Bernard Quentin / Basile Baud , Hugo Cazaban / Raphaël Rubio or, Theo Suzanna / Tristan Piombo , seeded 2 in the qualifiers.
In other words, there will already be some very good matches even before the round of 32.
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
