The adventure ends in the semi-finals for  Benjamin Tison  et  Ferran Insa Sotillo  au  FIP Silver Narbonne After their outstanding performance in the quarterfinals against the number 1 seeds, the Frenchman and the Spaniard were unable to repeat the feat and lost to the number 6 seeds.  Maximo Jesus Maldonado  et  Franco Da Bianco , on the score of  6 / 3 6 / 0 .

A great Maldonado and a surgical Dal Bianco

The start of the match was promising for Tison and Insa. The strategy was clear: target more  Maldonado , who on paper seemed to be the more affordable player of the Argentine pair.

But the plan will never actually work.

We were treated to a tremendous performance from Maldonado. The Argentinian ran everywhere, made countless improbable defensive plays, and produced several highlight-reel moments that only he could pull off. He practically put the ball back into play every time and completely stifled the French and Spanish attacks.

By his side,  Franco Da Bianco Although less involved, he too inflicted a lot of damage. The former number 1 of A1 Padel displayed a ratio of  + 14 , proof of his effectiveness and the quality of his game when he entered the rallies.

Tison and Insa less sharp

Opposite,  Tison and Insa  They did not deliver the same performance as the day before. Less solid, less impactful in the important moments, they never managed to apply the pressure they had exerted against Maxi Sánchez and Juan Ignacio Rubini.

Despite some beautiful sequences and several high-quality points, the task was simply too great this Sunday.

The overall assessment remains extremely positive for the Franco-Spanish pair, marked by this prestigious victory in the quarter-finals against the number 1 seed and by the very good level displayed throughout the tournament.

Abud and Gonzalez win a huge fight

The other semi-final was a real marathon.

The seed 2,  Francisco Cabeza Teres  et  Mariano Gonzalez San Martin , faced the 3rd seed,  Martin abud  et  Marcos Gonzalez Blanco .

After a huge power struggle, they finally  Abud and Gonzalez Blanco  who pulled off a major coup by winning  7/6 6/7 6/3 Stronger in the money time and more precise in the decisive moments, they secured their place in the final.
