Absent in Bordeaux and Malaga,  Juan Lebrón  has finally regained his form. In an interview with The little one Padel, the Andalusian player returns to this whole situation.

“I’m feeling better, my oblique still hurts a bit, but I’m ready to play again.” , confides the player. Disappointed to have missed the stage of  Malaga , in his native region, Lebrón returns to form at  Tarragona P1  and is looking forward with ambition to the second half of the season.

 A complementary duo with Stupa

With Stupaczuk, the results are there despite the injuries:  “We beat the best even though we had to miss more than 5 points. These are the vagaries of sport, but we are ready to take another leap forward.”  Juan says he is perfectly aligned with Franco, sharing a  “winning philosophy” .

And when asked if he has found the ideal partner, the response is immediate:
“Working with him every day is fantastic. I'm very confident, very motivated. We're very competitive, and I want to continue working with him.”

The key role of Carlos Pozzoni

Lebrón also praises the work of his coach, Carlos Pozzoni:
“He gave me back a confidence I hadn't had for a long time. He corrected my technique and he knows that there is still room for improvement. He is demanding and I like that.”

A look at the players from A1 Padel

Juan carefully observes the successful transitions of  Maxi Maple  et  Tolito Aguirre  :
“Tolito has a unique talent and a personality that appeals to everyone. Maxi, too. I'm not surprised to see them at this level, now they need to grow on our circuit.”

A set lost against Cristiano Ronaldo?

Always so natural, Lebrón humorously evokes his exchanges with sports stars like  Vinicius Jr.  ou  Cristiano Ronaldo  :
“Cristiano is incredible. He even won me a set! And he loves competition. He's also investing in padel in Portugal, which makes me happy.”

The Lebrón Campus, a new mission

The interview concludes with a personal project: the  Lebrón Campus , an initiative to train young people.
“This is a project I had in mind with my team. I want to teach a method that goes beyond the racket stroke, which includes tactics, communication with the coach… I want the children to leave happy and with things to share at home.”

At 29 years,  Juan Lebrón  seems more focused than ever on his return to the forefront. With renewed momentum, a solid entourage, and the desire to continue making history, the “Lobo” is back on the slopes.

Benjamin Dupouy

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
