After Bordeaux and then Paris, the Conference of Padel continue their tour. The third edition will be held June 18, 2026 in Marseille with the ambition of offering an even more useful format to the clubs and professionals who are currently structuring padel in France.
This meeting, supported by Pierre-Emmanuel Gillaizeau and the Paddiction ecosystem This event comes at a pivotal moment for the sport. The rapid growth of padel presents new challenges for clubs: infrastructure management, player retention, economic development, and structuring their offerings. The conference aims to provide a forum for discussion on these issues.
A look back at the Parisian edition at the Théâtre du Renard
The previous edition took place March 19th at the Théâtre du Renard, in Paris , in the presence of many actors involved in the development of padel in France: club managers, entrepreneurs, partners and specialists in the sector.
The day was notably marked by the presence of Claude Baigts , guest of honor at the event. The discussions largely focused on the dynamics of the French market and development prospects for the coming years.
This second edition confirmed the growing interest of professionals in this type of meeting, designed to share experiences, good practices and strategic visions.
A Marseille edition redesigned to encourage exchanges
For this third meeting, the organization chose Marseille and wants to go even further in the operational approach.
The day will be structured around three main events:
- A round table in the morning , dedicated to the major issues of padel and hosted by various experts and stakeholders in the sector.
- A networking lunch This event is designed as a space for informal exchanges between clubs, partners, and suppliers. Stands will also offer opportunities to discover solutions specifically designed for these facilities.
- Themed workshops in the afternoon , focused on concrete problems encountered by clubs.
Topics covered include: digital technology and player acquisition tools, loyalty strategies, as well as facility optimization and infrastructure-related innovations.
Concrete solutions for clubs
The stated objective remains the same: giving a voice to the actors who provide solutions directly applicable on the ground .
The discussions are expected to focus on several key issues for club managers:
- how to attract new practitioners,
- How to build loyalty within a community of players,
- how to enrich the offer presented to customers,
- or how to generate new sources of income.
The Assizes of the Padel want to establish themselves as a meeting place for clubs and solution providers , at a time when the professionalization of the sector is becoming a major issue.
