The draw of the Premier Padel Malaga P1 has delivered its verdict. While the men's draw could offer another clash between Ale Galán et Juan Lebrón In the semi-finals, the women's draw is marked by numerous changes of pairs and some highly anticipated matches.
French side, Alix Collombon et Ksenia Sharifova will start against a local wild card, with an affordable first round but far from a sure thing.
An explosive top of the table for men
World number 1 Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia They inherit a path that seems slightly more open. In the quarterfinals, they could face Coki Nieto and Jon Sanz before a possible semi-final against Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas .
In the other half, the path seems much more challenging for Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto The world's number 2 players could face off. Juan Tello and Martín Arce from the eighth grade onwards, then Javi Leal and Fran Guerrero in quarters.
If logic prevails, the tournament would then offer a new duel between Gallant et Lebrón , a few weeks after their clash in Valencia.

Lots of new things for the ladies
The women's draw will also be closely followed with the new associations officially starting in Málaga.
In the upper section, the numbers 1 Gemma Triay and Delfi Brea could find themselves back in the quarterfinals Tamara Icardo and Claudia Jensen , recent winners of the Bordeaux P2 right in front of them.
Another highly anticipated scenario: Sofia Araújo and Claudia Fernández , who are playing their last tournament together, could face their respective future partners in the quarter-finals, Marta Ortega et Martina Calvo .
In the lower part, Paula Josemaria and Bea Gonzalez , who are defending their title at home, could find Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero in the semifinals.

A first round within Collombon's reach
For Alix Collombon et Ksenia Sharifova The draw is rather favorable.
The Frenchwoman and the Russian will face off Carmen Castillon et Lorena Vano , beneficiaries of a wild card .
On paper, Collombon and Sharifova will start as favorites. However, watch out for Carmen Castillon who will be performing in front of his home crowd at Martin Carpena and will try to create a surprise.
If they qualify, things would become significantly more complicated with a round of 16 match against the 4th seed. Claudia Fernández et Sofia Araújo , for their last tournament together before their separation.
With over 25,000 tickets already sold , the Malaga P1 is shaping up to be one of the season's big events once again, both for the fight at the top of the standings and for the many new associations that will be making their debut on the Costa del Sol.
I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
