The first day of Round of 32 of the Mexico Major The competition has kicked off at an intense pace. On the courts of Acapulco, the first lessons are already beginning to shape the rest of the tournament.
In the men's competition: Montiel and Belluati performed well, Sans and Quílez achieved a good result

Another notable victory was that of Gonzalo Rubio / Javi Ruizwho ruled out the Argentine wild cards Almada / Argañaras (6/4 7/5), confirming their status against a pair that was still quite tenacious.
The small surprise of the day came from the defeat of Mouriño / Valenzuela, beaten by Tonet Sans / Marc Quílez (6/4 6/4), a solid performance that could well establish them as a pair to watch in this tournament; they will play in the next round against Diestro / Ruiz.
In the women's category: Carolina Navarro postpones retirement again
