Le  P1000 gentlemen of the Hangar in Rochefort-du-Gard  disputes  4 6 in September , with a table where several pairs can claim the title.  Victor Choppe / Thomas Brechemier  They will start with the status of number 1 seed, but the competition behind them will be serious.

Choppe / Brechemier, the pair to beat

En  seeded 1 , we will find  Victor Choppe and Thomas Brechemier , undoubtedly one of the most homogeneous associations in the table.

 Brechemier, the 48th-ranked Frenchman, will be the highest-ranked player in the tournament.  and already knows what it takes to win a P1000, having already won a title at this level.

By his side,  Victor Choppe, 69th Frenchman , continues his progress. He is also involved this week in  FIP Bronze Marnes   alongside Jérôme Inzerillo where he will try to build up some rhythm before moving on to Rochefort-du-Gard.

On paper, it's  Choppe and Brechemier will therefore be the pair to beat.  and will clearly be aiming for the title.

Petitdidier / Cipri with a real playing card

La  seeded 2  will be composed of  Robin Petitdidier and Maëlan Cipri Here again, a very homogeneous partnership with two players ranked respectively  63th and 88th French .

Thanks to their status, they will be placed opposite Choppe/Brechemier in the table and will be able to legitimately aim for a  place in the final , or even more.

Perrot / Le Panse, the association to watch

La  seeded 3  also attracts attention with  Mathis Perrot / Loïc Le Panse .

On one side, the experience of Le Panse, who has also already won a P1000 this season, on the other, the local favorite.

Alvergnias / Baud as serious outsiders

En  seeded 4 ,  Théo Alvergnias / Basile Baud  will also have strong arguments.  Baud has already won a P1000 this season, in May and his experience could count in important moments.

Their status allows them to avoid the top three seeds before the semi-finals. A place in the final four will therefore be the objective on paper, with the possibility of going even further.

Outsiders all the way to TS8

Behind them, the field remains particularly evenly matched, and the 5th to 8th seeds will all have the potential to upset the top four pairs:

  •  TS5: Pierre Stroppiana / Fauvelle 
  •  TS6: Fombon / Tom Taieb 
  •  TS7: Faure-Milliot / Du Gardin 
  •  TS8: Portales / Soleirol 

With little difference between several teams, the quarter-finals could quickly offer very open matches.

The tournament will begin as soon as  Friday, September 4th with the qualifying rounds , before the main draw begins on Saturday. The matches will be  to follow live on Padel TV Mag from the quarter-finals .

I discovered padel directly during a tournament, and frankly, I didn't really like it at first. But the second time, it was love at first sight, and since then, I haven't missed a single match. I'm even ready to stay up until 3am to watch a final of Premier Padel !
