The FFT supports local shops specializing in racket sports, currently closed, via its e-commerce platform

In this period of health crisis and economic crisis, the French Tennis Federation supports stores specializing in racket sports by giving them the opportunity to sell their products on its e-commerce platform, Proshop FFT, with facilities set up for them.

In January 2020, the FFT launched Proshop FFT to succeed the former Club Centrale and respond, in a more appropriate and ambitious manner, to the current and real needs of its various users.

This e-commerce platform reaches a wide range of consumers: clubs affiliated to the FFT, departmental committees and leagues, but also FFT licensees. Its product catalog offers more than 3 references from 000 localized product or service dealers.

In order to best support the traders who were forced to close their stores, the FFT insisted on setting up an aid system intended for them. Here is the offer and the criteria to be met to benefit from it:

  • Free Proshop FFT commissions from now until 31/12/2020 for all specialized stores open to the public and which have been forced to close;
  • Personalized support for the creation of their seller account on Proshop FFT in a few clicks;
  • Provision of a Click & Collect functionality to allow the maintenance of a commercial activity during containment;
  • Possibility of benefiting from transport offers negotiated by the FFT.

Thanks to Proshop FFT, retailers are at the heart of the activity and are directly connected to different consumers: clubs, leagues, departmental committees and tennis, padel or beach tennis players throughout France.

« It was a strong request from club managers to consolidate this close link with the retailers who are their partners on a daily basis.
