The Île des Embiez is preparing to enrich its sporting offerings with the opening of the  Embiez Rackets Club A new complex designed to bring together racquet sports enthusiasts, families, and holidaymakers in an exceptional natural setting. Located about ten minutes' walk from the ferry terminal, this new space aims to become a true community hub, where sporting activity combines with conviviality and relaxation.

A unique multi-sport offering on the island

The future complex will bring together several disciplines on a single site:

  •  4 tennis
  •  6 padel courts
  •  4 pickleball courts
  •  1 multi-sports city stadium
  •  1 half basketball court
  • The  ping-pong tables  free access

The objective is clear: to offer a space capable of accommodating both experienced players and beginners, families, groups of friends or even companies wishing to organize sporting events.

Padel at the heart of the project

It's impossible to ignore the growing importance of padel in this new facility. With  six tracks The Raquettes Club responds to the explosion of the sport in France, where the number of players and clubs continues to grow.

Accessible, fun, and appealing to all ages, padel has quickly established itself as one of the most dynamic sports of the moment. By also incorporating pickleball, a rapidly growing international sport, the complex anticipates the evolution of sports and aims to attract an ever-wider audience.

Services designed for everyone

Beyond the courts, the Raquettes Club will offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support players throughout the year:

  • private and group lessons,
  • internships,
  • equipment rental and sales
  • organization of tournaments and events,
  • clubhouse,
  • land reservations,
  • support from a dedicated team.

The complex will be accessible all year round with extended opening hours to meet the needs of both residents and visitors.

A new experience for visitors to Les Embiez

Beyond simply playing sports, this new Rackets Club aims to become a true meeting place on the island. The idea is to extend the experience after matches, encourage interaction between players, and create a community around racket sports.

Thanks to the diversity of activities offered, everyone will be able to find their discipline, whether it is tennis, padel, pickleball or simply sharing a moment with family on the city stadium or the basketball court.

In a protected environment, between sea and nature, the complex could quickly become one of the new sporting attractions of Île des Embiez.
