Brea and Icardo for the feat

Yesterday morning, Delfi Brea and Tamara Icardo continued their work in this Santander Open, eliminating a new seed: Marta Marrero - Marta Ortega.

Very confident thanks in particular to his victory against the numbers 1, Gemma Triay et Alejandra Salazar, the Hispano - Argentinian pair put it back today against the Martas by imposing 6-3 / 6 3- !

Tamara and Delfi therefore their first final together on the WPT, against the champions of the last tournament!

Indeed, Virginia Riera et Patricia Llaguno again dominated a higher-ranked pair to clinch a second straight final. A snatch victory against Lucia Sainz et Bea Gonzalez at the end of an exceptional match: 7-5 / 4-6 / 6-4.
